Pumple Drumkin Ale

Cisco Brewery in Nantucket, MA traditionally brews a pumpkin ale in the fall. Previously the can illustration was somewhat of a geometric alien pumpkin head figure. So to match the new branding illustration style, they hired me to bring this a bit closer to realism. I had several versions of a pumpkin man in jeans, tee shirt, and boots but since we didn’t have time or budget to explore the body characteristics, I decided the best short term solution was to hide the body behind a grand pumpkin in the foreground of the pumpkin patch.
