Ian’s Army

One of my all time favorite co-workers has a young son, Ian, with cystic fibrosis. She asked me to design a logo for the annual Great Strides Cystic Fibrosis Foundation walk. My challenge was two fold; design something that her son would think is cool to wear on a tee shirt,  and shirt the adults would wear afterwards to sustain awareness. We coined her battalion of fund raisers Ian’s Army. Hence a shield that embodies the army feel, plus it ss the perfect shape to encompass a pair of lungs symbolic of the cause.
